So I thought I'd tweak the power for Belaurs.
Originally it was poison ice and I was like...Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy from Batman..(M+Batman & Robin Movie with Gov. of California and umm..some..lady >__> yeah...and Batgirl was in it.. THAT movie)
And so I got to thinking that Bella should have a sort of SPONTANIOUS ICE kind of power.
Like how Roy Mustang from FMA can use fire because of the oxygen and blah blah alchemy blah, but can't in rain?
Well Belarus' power works in a similar fashion.
As long as there is moisture in the air, she can use her power, but depending on how much moisture depends on how large or what shape the ice can take. Most of the time it will be dagger like spikes and maybe even a thick wall for protection, but both of those take small to large amounts of moisture.
And if it happens to rain? THEN HECK YES....
Well..that pretty much explains the gist of it. If there is little to no moisture or it's just a dry place like...a desert then she's pretty much screwed. :/ So she might have to end up relying on people that use water when we..do..epic..battles of epic win >__>;;; yeah..
WELL..back to mah Alfred user.

I'd like to say hello to all of my comrade. Umm I'm taking over for Belarus.
If you can't tell it's me...Alfred F. Jones (Hakusei). Umm I'll stick this post as an intro and then go over my power. I'm tweaking it a bit.
*bows deeply* I hope you will bear with me. I'm so use to Alfred that it might take me a while to get into "Bella Mode". So I hope I can be just as good as my predicessor.
I hope we can be just as CRAZY and UNGODLY STRANGE as we always have been 8D
